JOB PURPOSE

The purpose of the Showroom Assistant is to welcome visitors and customers and assist customers with product related queries or on their orders.

JOB OBJECTIVES
Customer assistance

• Welcome visitors as they arrive and determine what service they require
• Provide customer with relevant information required and answer product related queries
• Assist customers with online purchases and/or with Electronic Payments
• Communicate with production and warehouse when required
