We are seeking a talented and experienced Artwork Layout Artist Manager to oversee the creation and execution of high-quality artwork layouts for various products. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to manage a team of artists to ensure all deadlines are met.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage a team of artwork layout artists to ensure all projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards
- Collaborate with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives
- Develop and implement layout strategies to meet project goals and deadlines
- Review and provide feedback on artwork layouts to ensure they meet brand guidelines and client expectations
- Train and mentor artwork layout artists to continuously improve their skills and efficiency
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our team is delivering cutting-edge artwork layouts
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure artwork layouts are smoothly transitioned into final deliverables

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in artwork layout design, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of print production processes and requirements
- A passion for art and design
